麻布十番で十番右京、十番右京ナチュールスタンド、歌京と十番右京恵比寿店を経営。 吉野家で豚丼に牛皿を乗せて食べていたらインスタで12万回再生され「右京丼」と呼ばれはじめた、　その後吉野家の安部会長から右京丼に対するお手紙が届き、吉野家の公式ガイドブックにも右京丼が掲載された。 ほぼ毎日外食、ジャンルは幅広く。趣味はカメラとDJ。

Known for his widely viewed Instagram post (over 120,000 views) featuring a creative Yoshinoya dish—pork bowl topped with sliced beef—which fans began calling the “Ukyo Bowl.” The dish gained so much attention that the president of Yoshinoya personally sent him a letter, and it was later featured in Yoshinoya’s official guidebook.
